RECYCLING PROJECT

Protecting Our World Is in Our Hands

Our world is our home. If we do not protect it, we have no other planet to live on. This
project has been prepared to explain how important it is to protect nature and to raise
awareness about recycling.

Purpose of the Project
To learn and explain to our environment that waste should be thrown into recycling bins,
not into the trash,
To learn that paper, glass, plastic, and metal waste can be reused,
To understand that protecting nature is everyone’s responsibility.

Materials Used in the Project
Styrofoam sphere (Earth model)
Wooden base
Hand figures
Recycling bins (paper, glass, plastic, metal)
Paint, glue, felt, and labels
The Earth is placed between two hands, giving the message: “Our planet is entrusted to
us.”

Benefits of Recycling
 Natural resources are protected.
 Environmental pollution is reduced.
 Trees are not cut down.
 Energy is saved.
 A cleaner world is created.
Even a small piece of trash can make a big difference when it is thrown into the right place.

Conclusion
Protecting the world is not difficult; we just need to be conscious.
By recycling, we protect nature and make our future more beautiful.
Let us protect our planet, because there is no other place like it.
